The system of electronic dosing of water and foam has established itself as a convenient and reliable unit of the mini-plant. Automated liquid supply eliminates errors that may be present in the work of personnel during manual dispensing.

The installed new generation foam generator ensures the supply of homogeneous foam mass, without the inclusion of large bubbles, which ensures the production of high-quality foam concrete that will comply with GOST 25485-89.

An important design detail of the SSM-500-30M mini-plant is that it is equipped with a pulley-belt, gear drive based on a cylindrical two-stage gearbox. This makes the mini-plant more durable and reliable, since such a drive design provides a two-level protection of the gearbox when the shaft is jammed:
