Automatic foam generator for foam concrete
The new generation of foam generator is designed to work with protein or synthetic foam (foamconcrete). The high productivity of the device allows you to fill the mixer with foam at a rate of 500 liters per minute. The system has an electronic foam dispenser, which will automatically shut down the foam supply without the intervention of personnel. Controls of the foam generator are protected from dust and dirt, which ensures long service life.

Performance of the mini-foamer
The unit allows you to produce 3.7 m3 / hr foam concrete and 4.5 m3 / hr polystyrene, the density of the mixture from D150 to D1200. On average, to work with the mini plant requires 2 people.

Increased ground clearance
The SSM-500-30U mini plant is on four large diameter wheels, two of which swivel. This design allows the unit to move more comfortably on the construction site on different soils. Automatic water dispensing and water intake
The system automatically doses a preset amount of water into the mixer and closes the valve. The amount of water necessary for batch is set in the control panel of the station. In addition, the base of the equipment is equipped with a pump for water suction and its delivery to the dosing device. If your object water is imported, is in a drinking well, etc., then this pump is used for its supply to the mixer. If the object water is supplied from a well, a centralized water supply, the water can be served in the dispenser bypassing the pump (the water supply option is easily regulated, one turn of the faucet).

Power 220/380V
Equipment operates from 220 V or 380 V, depending on the presence of a network at the site. The control cabinet is made in a universal format, the frequency converter is installed, which provides the work of the installation in the normal mode at all densities of the mixture.
