We recommend to prepare dry and clean air to work with the foam generator with this filter or its equivalent.

Why do I need a filter when producing foam concrete?
During operation (wear and tear) oil-lubricated reciprocating compressors can dirty the air with oil. Such air enters the foam generator and the oil particles mix with the foam that the foam generator delivers to the mixer. The result of this mixing leads to shrinkage of the foam in the CKD mortar, and as a consequence, shrinkage of the foam concrete.

The WIEDERKRAFT filter model WDK-7740 is equipped with a filter (oil-water separator) and a pressure regulator, which allows the air flow to be adjusted without pressure surges.
