The professional installation of the SSM-200-12MK is distinguished by its small size, stable foam generator SSM-PG-500 which allows you to realize the full potential of the mini-plant. The integrated foam generator ensures consistent foam quality at a mixer fill rate of less than 1 minute.

Application of a mini-plant: for monolithic pouring of foam concrete or manufacturing foam blocks of various densities (from 150-1200 kg/m3). The model gained great popularity by performing work in monolithic construction, pouring foam concrete into the formwork (Light Steel Formwork, removable and non-removable formwork).

The advantages of our mini-factories:

  1. Bearing units are equipped with cameras for high atmospheric pressure.
  2. For this type of equipment with a mixer capacity of up to 0.3 m3, a pulley-belt-gear drive is installed, which ensures a more durable operation of a mini-plant, in contrast to the use of a gearmotor.
