Production of foam concrete, polysterene concrete
One of the main purposes of the installation SSM-300 is the production of foam concrete of different densities. The range includes ultra-lightweight foam concrete D150 to heavy, structural non-bearing D1200. Also in accordance with the formulation of the equipment is ready to produce polysterene concrete, expanded clay aggregate concrete.

Large concrete mixer.

The machine has a reliable, reinforced drive, with a powerful electric motor and gearbox. The blades have a special design for universal use. Two types of discharging the mixture
Mixer of mini plant SSM-300 has two types of discharging. Standard for our machines pneumatic unloading through the hose reinforced DN 50 or DN 80, and also has a bottom valve, to unload the mixture into a pump, feeder or cart. For the convenience of the lower unloading is possible to raise the mixer above the floor level at 800mm (optional). The type of elevator is different: manual, electromechanical.

Perfect work from the network 220V or 380V
The machine is designed to work with 220 or 380 V without losing efficiency of the drive. Equipped with a system of electronic protection of the motor, reverse, adjustable speed of the mixer shaft.

Ease of operation, moisture protection
The control cabinet is moisture-protected and modernized. The control system of dosing devices is hidden from dust, dirt, which ensures long life of its controls.

Upgraded foam generator
The control elements of the foam generator are housed in a dust-proof cabinet. The most important components and gauges are always kept clean and locked in the cabinet against accidental adjustments. In the foam generator system an additional foaming unit is added, which allows to work with all known domestic and foreign brands of foaming agent of any type.

Warranty
The machine is made of reliable units and assemblies, allowing for a long factory warranty. All machines CCM-300 and higher have a 24-month warranty.
